ABOSN new factory will be completed soon by using our Construction Road Mat. Recently, it rains a lot in Shandong Province. However, with our Construction Road Mat, our progress of our new factory's building has not been delayed. Although the road is so soft, about 2m very soft peat soil/swampy/mud area with water, all the crawler excavator, truck, cranes could access perfectly by using our Road Mat to ensure the work safety. This allows construction equipment to pass or creates a solid base on which the equipment can be positioned to do the task that it is designed to perform.
After completed, our new factory will add 2 extruded production lines for HDPE/PP sheet, 10 moulds for UHMWPE products and other injection mould, in addition, five-axis machining center will be imported, which will increase our production capacity and efficiency. From now, any complex plastic components is available with us.
